Just did a fun end of year project of making a simple bench from some walnut scrap wood and Amazon clearance legs. Quick, fun, and frustration free project that we needed. Shows bench build using wood threads and how I get a decent finish from Polycrylic. Hoping the legs will flex with seasonal movement because of the hole sizes are tight.

Here are some items I use from amazon

Bench legs, 16" ( these are similar to the clearance ones I bought but from a different seller ) https://amzn.to/3H1chiF
Wood Tap 1/4-20 https://amzn.to/3RXLE4u (For complete sets and discounts visit infinity tool website)
Brad point bits (Fisch, work good but not best) https://amzn.to/48wMtXp (Home Depot can have a better price occasionally)
Polycrylic (Gloss) https://amzn.to/48amhSC
Scotch Brite pads, Grey ultra fine https://amzn.to/3RyetTG
Countersinks (need touch up with a diamond file) https://amzn.to/3RCjs5T
Shinto file https://amzn.to/3TPfYiS

Amazon links are affiliate links and provide a small commission to help support my channel if a purchase is made using them.
