That's a phenomenal recipe with crystal clear instructions. I have a poor opinion of chefs who say “salt to taste” instead of clearly stating how much salt can be added as a baseline given how that can make or break a dish. Thank you for clearly calling out how much salt to add. To boot, this looks easy and flavorful.
