En mi modesta opinion, esta es la unica cancion buena de todo el festival.

Even though I am from the UK, I'm referring to Italy as "we" as I knew that the Uk would do terrible. 24th out of 26, Uk came. Worse than hungarian freaks screaming into a microphone.

Italy do an epic ending song, so I wait for them to get votes from the juries... Nope, nope, nope...Suddenly, Albania gives Italy 12 points! (Thanks, Albania.) Other countries start giving Italy points, and we end up with 59 points from the juries. Then, a miracle happens.... I keep saying to myself, if we beat one of the four favorites, I'm happy. (Germany, Cyprus, Israel, Czech Republic.) Especially Czech republic, their song was shit. I mean, what the actual fuck is "bop a loop bop on my wood bamboo"? As Bruno Mars says, it don't make no sense. Italy get 249 points, putting them in 3rd, behind Austria and Germany. Obviously, Israel goes on to win. But did we beat Czech Republic???




















YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting 308 points overall, we came 5th, Sweden, suprisingly, came 7th, after a good jury vote they were robbed by televoting. And then that little Czech bastard Miklas came 6th. Ha! THIS IS THE TRUE POWER OF EUROVISION!!!! I also realised that we were the best non- english song. Yeah, Cyprus had a bit of spanish but not in thw whole song.



disclaimer I mean nothing hurtful to you guys from the Czech Republic, I just didn't like your song this year. Also, I really liked hungary but I couldn't think of anything else to describe them.

Everyone is saying that stupid thing(dont wanna call it a Song) from lsrael won because of its message,there were so many wonderful lyrics at the contest,this one for example, Norway's Alexander Rybak sang about pursuing dreams,France sang about refugee kids,what won? To help the non-italian speakers. When they say "You did nothing to me..." and all the rest it's pure sarcasm. Of coursethe war has a strong and negative impact on the people who experience it but the meaning here is that even though they made those countries go to war, the citizens are stronger than ever therefore making their wars useless. It actually shows impowerment. They list all those terrible things that wars can cause and then they shatter them by telling the people to be strong and happy. It's a shame though that Italy is one of the countries well-known for not knowing any other language except Italia, so all of our Eurovision songs can easily be misunderstood by poor translations or just have amazing messages that people can't understand.
