i believe the reason star platinum had so many abilities back in part 3 was due to jotaro being 17 when he got it, just as jotaro himself was still developing, so too was his stand, its probably why his stand went from fluid with its abilities, almost able to contort itself, to being a stiff and steady wall and powerhouse, i mean it always was a powerhouse but you get what i mean

Actually if you see star platinum loooks a lot like kars because it has hair like it , wears underwear(i don't know what that is) , is the ultimate stand ,while kars is the ultimate lifeform so i guess its ability would be si,ilar to ultimate kars
