Sure, proper task estimation is the ultimate goal (and also what really makes a difference between a Sr and a SSr dev), so please don't hesitate to shoot a full video to it.

Regarding comunication, programing makes introverted people just more introverted people enjoying their lives in a secure bubble...
One day you get to work for a company as a developer, your dream came true, then you discover that there is not only code, but standups, plannings, retros, workshops, demos, too!
How can we be less introverted, more eloquent, with enough comunication skillsh to face such situations and move further?
