One of the original plans for this was that Maya would be the main villain, which I think would have been a better twist. This film had too many ideas that never quite came together but the notion of focusing on Tony Stark rather than Iron Man was a good idea for a movie for both the franchise and for Robert Downey Jr. I will say it's the first MCU film I came away from being disappointed but I can understand why some people really enjoy it.
ОтветитьThe idea that nobody knows where he lives is a weird one. Everybody knows, how could they not? It's just a challenge.
ОтветитьDid you notice Jenna Ortega as the VP’s daughter with the missing leg?
ОтветитьMass Effect 3 music the background ❤️
ОтветитьThe moment I realised that I was actually watching a comedy spoof, is when she came from falling into the fire and her CLOTHES were perfectly fine! 😏
ОтветитьArguably the weakest movie of the Infinity Saga and the most skippable in the entire franchise
ОтветитьGreat episode. A short episode dedicated to the "Marvel One-Shots" would be epic.
ОтветитьElonia Musk is a fake Tony Stark wannabe
Ответитьyour reactions are AWESOME! 😁 looking forward to MORE! 👍☺
ОтветитьComparing Tony Stark to Elon Musk is seriously wrong. While the Stark character does invent numerous things, Musk has never invented anything. He simply buys other people's work and takes credit for it.
ОтветитьElon Musk honestly thinks he IS Tony Stark... but he's definitely not!🤣🤣
Musk just buys companies and people that have already invented things and simply slaps his name on their work. Tony is an inventor, Musk is a financier.
Beyond the "one is an actual inventor, one is most assuredly NOT," there's always the fact that Elon Musk is a terrible man, Tony Stark is a good man. They are not alike.
He's not like Elon. Tony Stark is based on Howard Hughes.
ОтветитьAmazing, I like this movie of Iron man, because I felt more connected to Tony, just because it shown in him things I live everyday, like anxiety and panic attacks, which are hard to control. I'm glad you watched it Kali, keep going!
Ответитьtotally unrelated to iron man and marvel but if you like tony stark you'd probably like bruce wayne and batman. not sure if you've heard of the batman arkham games which are classics, or seen the christopher nolan movies, but thats definitely a great future venture id recommend
ОтветитьFor the most part, the movies get better. A few are kinda misses, but lots of really good stuff.
Ответитьilon is like tony not tony is like ilon
ОтветитьThank you for this video, you are always fun to watch, speaking of anxiety, sometimes you just need to focus on something other than why it's happening, I know for my wife that's what we do and then focus on her breathing. If I can offer you something, I have a channel of Christian music I have written, feel free to come by put up your feet and enjoy the music. Let me know what you think if you come by:)
ОтветитьIf you want unpredictable buckle up because it is at this point that things really start to connect and build. Things are about to get really good. And phase 3 will blow your mind…
ОтветитьShout out to you for noticing Mandarin being an actor, not many catch that (I didn't when this came out). This pissed a lot of people off because Mandarin is an actual Iron Man villain, and them going this route felt very cheap at the time and people would have preferred him over Killian.
ОтветитьElon isn't that smart. Not by a long shot.
Ответитьonly thing this movie did for me was cement happy as a complete asshat in the mcu.
ОтветитьEverything from here picks up, get ready!
ОтветитьI've grown to love Iron Man 3
ОтветитьUp next is the best movie Marvel has ever made besides Infinity War and Endgame
ОтветитьIf you watch The Pacific, you may recognize James Badge Dale, who played Savin (the guy who kidnaps the President from Air Force One), as one of the main characters.
I find him much more relatable in The Pacific.
Killian injects pepper, she becomes John Wick?? lol
ОтветитьI was leaving the cinema with such a strong feeling of "WTF did I just watch???" I couldn't believe this isn't some SNL-like parody. I know that Iron Man can be quirky and goofy sometimes but it doesn't mean the entire movie should be goofy!
After this one, and the sequel to Thor which I can only describe as "Super mid" I thought that MCU has already exhausted itself, but then came the saviors - holy duo of Russo brothers who delivered the best MCU movie ever.
Wow, while noticing just how beautiful and awesome you are (your hubby must be VERY happy about that, BTW), I noticed Jon Favreau (Happy) is the Executive Producer for this movie. Go Happy !!! Love your reactions, Kali. Keep 'em coming ...
ОтветитьThere is a marvel one shot short film called all hail the king you should see on your own featuring Trevor Slattery. Also if you're a fan of Pepper Potts you should have noticed pepper was the one who defeated all of iron Man villains instead of actual Tony Stark. Pepper killed Obadiah by overloading The Arc reactor. She's the one who had Justin Hammer arrested who was the main villain of iron Man 2 not whiplash. Then Pepper killed Aldrich Killian in iron Man 3.
ОтветитьOh, Kali. I hate to break this to you, but anyone that tell you that you use only a small percentage of your brain are outright lying to you.
Remember that a lot (like a real lot, eh) of the things that are going on in your body are being controlled by....you guessed it your brain. Thinks like muscle control, reflexes, sound detection, stimuli from your eyes, your skin, your nose.
Also, things that you notice and definitely do not want to operate at 5%....like your lungs, or your heart.
I absolutely loved this movie, though many (probably most) Marvel aficionados hated it due to the alternative Mandarin. It's funny that you say Iron Man is probably your favourite character; as you go through the MCU until we reach the final MCU movie, Avengers: Endgame, you'll probably find yourself changing your favourite. Everyone loved Iron Man, then the Hulk stole the show in The Avengers, then Thor becomes the favourite, then one of the Guardians of the Galaxy, then Hawkeye... they were just so well written that by the time you reach Endgame, you love them all (apart from Captain Marvel, of course). Such a great run of movies (excluding Captain Marvel, of course).
ОтветитьHow dare you traumatise me by using Mass Effect music at the end of this video. 😭
Loved the reaction though. 🥲
are you gonna watch series too or just the movie's
ОтветитьThe other iron man suits couldn't come earlier because they were in the basement and the basement was buried by the debris of the collapsed building. They had to wait for the construction workers to clear the debris before launching the "House party" protocol
ОтветитьGotta say I really love the "backyard science" side of this movie. Where previously, we're so used to Tony's high tech gadgets through the film, in this one we got to see him innovate in the field. The microwave bomb, and the Home Depot iron man suit among others haha. Very cool!
The absolute emotional rollercoaster you went through in this movie just shows how attached we've become to everyone, and how likable these characters are. Tony and Pepper's romance is just the best
Also, congrats on 28k!!
i think its so ironic that there are people who wrote off the entire MCU because of ironman and how much of a womanizer tony stark was. like "this is a hero?!?!? were supposed to root for this guy?!" yea its called character growth... no ones perfect.
Ответитьif were being real... the life style Tony is living if someone wanted his address im sure its not hard to find so giving it out on TV probably wasnt that big a deal. it was more a "come at me bro" and they were like.... ok
ОтветитьKali, I stumbled upon your channel after recommendations for MCU watch alongs were sent my way. Now I’m hopelessly addicted to your Red Dead and TLOU series. Love your channel, thanks for sharing your content with us.
ОтветитьLet me correct EVERYONE down here by saying:
"We do NOT use 100% of our brains at all times. Our brains DOES work 100% of the time and the amount of USAGE differs depending on our currect activities."
Example 1: We do not use our brain activity used in order to move our pinky while sleeping (under normal circumstances).
Example 2: We do not use our brain activity used in order to read when we are listening to a movie without subtitles.
Example 3: Our brain does not process pain unless there is reason to do so.
In short: If we were to use our brains at 100% power at all times we would feel, think, remember, sense and regret everything... everywhere... at once.
But unless you have a brain damage of any sort your brain will most likely have no issues reaching 100% of the areas used for whatever task/thought required at the time.
Man I sound boring.
i really would like to see you play shadow of the colossus❤
ОтветитьI found it interesting that the kid in this movie has a shed full of tools and is obviously an inventive person.. the kid moves his hand across his nose the same way the Inventor guy in Spiderman Homecoming moves his hand across his nose ...
ОтветитьWoah, woah, woah. Elon Musk dreams of being Tony Stark. Musk may have an engineering degree, but he pays smarter people to design and build things. Tony Stark, however, is officially one of the smartest humans in the Marvel universe.
ОтветитьI just had to go back to Ironman to check, I hadn’t noticed Kaliwali’s intro music is an acoustic of “Back in Black” by AC/DC, the first song that plays in Ironman, in fact the first song in the MCU! 🇦🇺
ОтветитьWelcome to mcu phase 2 kali i hope u are enjoying mcu movies
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьFor what it's worth, though there's probably nothing to be done about it, but neither this video or the previous one (Band of Brothers part 8) is showing in my subscriptions feed. I just realized after noticing several days had gone by with nothing new from this channel, which is not usual.
Ответить
