Best Activity For Autism?

Hear me out, I feel like gardening might be one of the best activities and most therapeutic things you can do with people that have disabilities. It's a naturally rewarding and reinforcing activity that covers many areas of what she works on in traditional therapy. It's also an ongoing and progressive hobby with enough repetition to gain skills but enough variety to stay interesting. Yep, I'm calling this "plant therapy".
