Bringing these so-called experts into the universities is helpful yet dangerous. Student athletes must be free to make their own conscious and educated choices and be allowed to choose who they want to work with, learn from, and partner with.

It's was long overdue for them to able to make money off them name and image. The coaches and colleges were doing it, so the athletes should be able to do it also.

On typical U.S. college, there's a lot more college sports teams for women. For sports teams that only have one team for each gender, usually there's only football for men. But at the same time, gymnastics, field hockey, volleyball, beach volleyball, and tennis for women only. So that's extremely unfair and sexist!

It’s not a “revolution”. It’s a de-evolution. Obviously this will change college athletics and not for the better. In ten years people will regret what the sports will have become.

My great grandfather played basketball for Villanova in 1919. He was kicked off the team when someone discovered he was playing ball in “paid” games in Philly. He had a tattoo on his arm which he kept covered while playing at school. Story goes…After a home game, a spectator that lost money on one of those paid games, decided to oust my grandfather by pulling the bandage off his tattoo.

I love it! The NCAA is a corrupt and incestuous organization. The breaking down of the disapropriate Billions of dollars the NCAA has made and will continue to make with bowl money. That is where the real money is at. When that nut gets cracked the piñata will be out. And it with go through many growing pains (NIL). Tournament money like the 64 bracket is a billion dollar industry also. The bids that advertisers submit to get exposure. A whole industry is built of the back of the players.

Senator Murphy is so callously and comically self-unaware—He IS the governmental version of the NCAA, depriving US citizens of economic self-determination through the bigoted elitism that is the Democratic Party plantation. Democrat’s bigoted threats and insistence that we must both involuntarily remain on their economic plantation and plead for their permission to excel economically, is crumbling, just like the NCAA economic plantation.
