I can appreciate the logic of an EV producing some form of noise for safety reasons, in order to alert pedestrians about its presence. I would even make some allowance for a sound that takes the concept of a strictly utilitarian "safety" sound and fuses it with a creative interpretation of the sound made by this car's long line of predecessors, while also acknowledging the inherent subtleness of an electromotor that sounds nothing like its ICE variant. Meanwhile, using a sound concept where the exaggeratedly aggressive noise only highlights the absurdity of a contrived engine sound that is strictly added to impress simpletons is just about as trashy as a car with cut springs "to give it that slammed look."

This is an electric car worth buying. It has style and cool. All you other electric car designers take note. If it has digital sound capability it can make any sound you like.
