I just worked out Shaggy's Power level in the movie where the UI meme comes from
In the meme it says he uses 0.002% of his power
It's estimated that the amount of power he uses is around chi chi level as the newtons he'd have to use to jump rock from rock is 3 times the strength of the strongest man on real life earth, using a staggering 5428 Newtons.
130 (chi chi's strength) at 0.001%
130 x 1000 gets him to 1%
130,000
That means he's 13,000,000 at 100%

Frieza was 120,000,000 at max

Shaggy could catch up to the z fighters in a few months like Frieza I'd say.
If we use the amount I calculated that Frieza times'd his base power by in the 4 months (which is 625,000x his namek which totals to his 75 trillion as most people like to calculate) for shaggy this gives him

8,125,000,000,000 (8 trillion) in just 4 months, possibly slightly lower due to being weaker than Frieza.

the 625,000 4 month training multiplier divided by the 4 months equals 156,250.
Times that by 12 months and we get 1,875,000

In a year after he gets the 8 trillion he could get

15,234,375,000,000,000,000 (15 quintillion or slightly lower)

Mind you this is still in base form.

in 10 years (1,875,000 x 10)

he would have 285 Septillion at a highball

However we also need to take into account he hasn't used KI yet in that scene. Without knowledge of KI this incredibly reduces his power. We also need to take into account that the rock jumping wasn't in UI meaning that his power could already be WAY higher in UI. His UI is also not mastered as he still thinks when fighting.

Now, note.. this calculation isn't with UI in mind as the calculation for his 0.001% was from the cliff, which is obv his base. Shaggy solos Frieza

I know this is trying to be a joke but every time the game comes across real supernatural entity, it is always sh shaggy and Scooby that defeated so it makes sense that he's actually overpowered and is lack of confidence is the only thing holding him back or so. He retains his memories which the others start typically too. Only shaggy and Scooby retain their me mories memories
