The more I watch it the more I can see some sort of killing took place. It's like a morgue with freezer rooms. They are storing bodies in the roof I think. There are blood outlines of heads and the roof looks like it has been moved. Blood stains on the floors and tiles that are lighter than others meaning they bleached it. I believe some sort of bodies moved in those facilities.
