the one gripe I have with this scene is that there's missing context. In the manga, when Motoyasu enters the pact, there was a little tutorial that popped up that was supposed to further explain the nature of the slave pact to him. Since the anime omits this, it just make him entering the pact redundant.

The spear made a mistake choosing this idiot to be its user. I feel bad for it. If only it were possible for the spear to abandon him. And it would be satisfying for it to choose Naofumi as its user

I gotta say, they got away with a very light punishment.

This is one of the Best Queens I’ve seen in Anime. She’s just amazing, also it’s nice to see that naofumi still is a merciful man, even though he still got a massive W by making them change their names.

I believe in a mixture of justice and mercy. It is good that Naofumi has spared them from execution, but should have put them either in prison or house arrest with absolutely no parole. (House arrest is more merciful). In addition, they shall have no visitors except the queen and Melty. No letters or any means of communication.

As much as I dislike the King as well...he seemed to be genuinely completely unaware about all of the extra things Bitch did.

Edit: Also as much as I dislike the other 3 heroes (minus sword since he was the first person to openly start questioning the church and king and was the first to listen to Naofumi), it's good that as soon as Motoyasu realized he was on the wrong side, he felt like shit for it. I think he's a good guy overall, besides his weird obsession with...um...Filo sized girls...but besides that, he's an okay guy who's just kind of really stupid. I heard about a side-series type thing where he dies and got sent back to the start of the series and IMMEDIATELY protected Naofumi instead of throwing him under the bus again since he had the truth about everything. Sure, again, he's mainly doing it because HE wants to be the one to hatch the Filo egg, but still.

Later on "Slut" Bitch goes off and teams up with the various heroes and tries to manipulate them against Shield hero. Despite this performance of her bullshit clearly getting exposed they thought with their dicks and brushed it off as hogwash. While it was satisfying seeing her get punished for what she did the heroes absolutely don't 'wise up' to her.

I know mom didn't really want her daughter to die, but honestly the death sentence was warranted. there were so many things they've done that lead to the deaths of thousands and complete wipeouts of various villages. That is to say it wouldn't be far off to call them serial killers.
