75 hard has no "cheat" meals. If the diet I choose has 1 scheduled cheat meal a week then it wouldnt be considered a "cheat" meal.
No different than your 90/10 rule. You're basically just having "cheat" foods at every meal. You just dont call it that cuz its part of your diet plan.

ОтветитьAside from no fast food, I'm not really sure anymore what "no cheat meals" means. Where do protein bars fit in? Sauce? Sugar free sweeteners? Dressing?
ОтветитьFor a long time, I could say after 2020, completely forgot about self care and what it was to have control over my life. Now I been researching this 75 hard challenge and I feel I’ll be good to kick the simp out of me.
This is a first, you know reaching out, putting myself out there, commenting on videos and trying to see other do what I am striving for, etc. I will commit to it. As of right now my question is how to start it. I feel without a plan I will fail.
Can you eat a clean diet at the restaurant like salads or grilled chicken?

ОтветитьI'm planning on doing the 75 hard challenge again soon. Like really soon. Tried it many times, but failed. But that's the thing, I TRIED. That word says that you don't believe in yourself. So I stopped saying that. And I did the challenge, until day 73. Then I got the Cov... 😭 SO FRUSTRATING! (this was last fall)
But now I'm gonna do it again, all the way. And it's like you said in another video, many people regret that they didn't push themself so hard in their second workout. I can relate to that too.
This time I'm gonna push it! And I'm documenting it on my channel! 😵

ОтветитьHa…just caught this doing my bowflex workout day 15….I started over after 38 days because the diet I picked was simple, no wheat,no sugar. I read every label then on day 38 my wife told me bacon had sugar in it….I’m a stickler for rules so I started over but picked keto. I did a video about it…smooth on demand
