If one can't be a prime, why should zero get to be a square?
Ответитьwhen James Grime and Matt Parker appear in the same video, its gonna be a great video
ОтветитьThis also works for even numbers that aren’t have remainders of 2 in mod 4 if you allow partial numbers to be squared.
ОтветитьOmg I'm halfway through the video and I just realized the joke here is that you are highlighting yours and James's differences, i.e. you are showing the difference of two squares.
ОтветитьYears later, still one of my top 5 favorite matt parker vids
ОтветитьI accept the 4
Ответить4=2^2-0^2
ОтветитьThe fact that the title has a dual meaning is awesome
Ответитьwhere subtitles
ОтветитьThe difference of two squares is that James is much better dressed than Matt. If "a" is mathematical ability, and "b" is sartorial choice, then James is (a+b) while Matt is (a-b).
ОтветитьThe difference between Matt and James' scenes in this video is kinda odd ngl.
ОтветитьI've never seen resolution of 1080p50 lol
ОтветитьChecking in in 2022
Ответитьjust adorable!
ОтветитьBut like, 0 has to be a square in order for the video's premise to be correct in the first place. 1 is an odd number, and it is the difference between 1 squared and 0 squared.
ОтветитьMath battle Detroit style. James even dissed Matt for a moment. Numberphile = 8th Mile of Maths
Ответитьthe comment section is so confusing
ОтветитьYou also missed the number 1, which can only be 1^2-0^2
ОтветитьMaybe 0 can be considered a Parker Square
