Moto Guzzi Griso 8V 1200 Better Wave Brake Disks – probrake PB001

I still had brake judder after my last disk maintenance. So I decided to replace the low quality Sunstar disks with better ones from probrake, type PB001.
Problems solved! No more disk judder at all and optimized braking performance. Less weight and better looks! :-)
According to probrake the PB001 rotors/disks are produced by Braking in Italy.

Tightening Torque Settings:
Brake disk: 30 Nm
Wheel pin nut: 80 Nm
Calliper retainer: 50 Nm
Fork hub closure: 25 Nm

Weight:
Sunstar 1562 g
probrake 1441 g
So you will save 242 g on the front wheel.

Replacing the OEM brembo brake pads with EBC front brake pads FA244HH (sintered metal) will optimize the brake performance.
