You're such an entertaining protein foodie!
Ответитьlove you and everything about the way you made this video. so healthy mentally! thank you <3
ОтветитьWhat a lovely, inspiring message. I pressed on this video expecting a guide on how to get more protein in in a casual manner and instead got reminded that tuning into how my body feels and what delights my stomach is so much more important than intaking a fixed amount of protein. I still take my mission to grow muscle very seriously, so using protein powder to supplement my low protein meals will kill 2 birds with one stone! I also CANNOT wait to try that reeses recipe tmrw xoxo
ОтветитьRecipe for diabetes
ОтветитьThe title is very misleading because this wasn't just a "how to add more protein to your diet" video, this was a whole video essay on diet and gym culture and how to be realistic and happy about your choices for moving your body. This mindset is what this generation really need nowadays, away from extreme mentalities and do or die rules of what could be part of your lifestyle rather than the whole of it. The editing and organization of the video is also top-notch (coming from a visual designer) and I really loved everything about this video. Subscribed!
ОтветитьI have been in Anorexia recovery for over a year now and I’ve been watching you since the beginning of it all. I’m so much happier and healthier now. You have helped me so much thank you! ❤️

ОтветитьWhere did you get your dumbbells ?
ОтветитьThis is exactly where I am right now and trying to get on track!
ОтветитьToo much peanut butter and carbs. You should go more into lean meats! Just a recommendation
ОтветитьLoved this. I think that you have a great balance in life. Even brought a test to my eye. You’re awesome!
ОтветитьI’m eating 200g per day and I am 165lbs. Up that to 1g per pound of body weight if you looking for better results.
ОтветитьI agree I had fish and chips and curry sauce it was yummy, no gym today but will do go tomorrow!
ОтветитьI am eating 100g of protein for breakfast
ОтветитьMost annoying channel ever
ОтветитьOmg the tag sticking out at the most random time in your workout 😂😂😂 I love it! That is literally me! My mom always has to mess with the back of my shirt because the tag always sticks out
Ответитьmuka lo ngeri anjir
ОтветитьDo you also have a meal plan that we can follow, that would be nice, thank you & let’s keep being healthy
ОтветитьI found your videos a few days ago I don’t remember how but I’m so glad I did TYSM ❤ I can’t stop watching digging thru the archives 😅
ОтветитьSooo goood :D Do you have some recipes you could share? Thank you for this video 😌
ОтветитьLoved this video. Your attitude immediately spreads positively. Rlly happy for you :)
ОтветитьVideo looks and sounds like me! Excellent video! Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat nobody seems to mention is that the gross weight of meat does not equate to the amount of protein you are getting. For example 100g of ground beef only has 26g of protein.
So to get 100g protein you would need to eat a pound (500g) of ground beef per day.
BEST WEIGHTLOSS VIDEO EVER! I've watched so many and you're the only one that gave me a peace of mind regarding the process itself and the consistency. Thank you so much! God bless you. <3
ОтветитьI can’t explain how much I love this video. ❤
ОтветитьI’m 24 years old with four children. I got to the same place as you accepting my fate especially since I was too busy to care for myself with four little ones. This summer I’ve decided to stop making excuses and to change for the better. I’m trying to eat 120g of protein per day but I gotta say it’s definitely not easy especially not knowing exactly which foods to buy and on a low budget 😅 but I’m slowly getting there! I got a personal trainer to help keep me accountable and so far so good! I’m only about 2 and a half weeks into this but eating more protein has definitely helped me feel less lethargic (:
Ответитьoh my gosh you are so beautiful and i love the support you show for girls and women of all ages <3
ОтветитьYour video style is amazing 😻 good job girl
ОтветитьAwww this video was a weight off my shoulders (excuse the pun) im older then you and the mental side of things was good to watch and see...it made me feel lighter and kinder❤

ОтветитьI just stopped being vegetarian after 5 yrs. on average id get around 20-30 grams of protein on a good day. I've only had breakfast so far today and got 43 grams in one meal to me that is so crazy but I am excited to try eating more protein. I'm making my favorite chicken Caesar for lunch
ОтветитьI love this channel ❤thank u for being uniquely you
Ответить" Protien may balance ur plate but it can't bring balance to your life "
" It wasn't about focusing on protien, it was about focusing on me "
I'M NO MORE THE OLD ME
Yaaas thank you for all the protein-rich recipes! I've been trying SO HARD to get over 100g of protein per day and FAILING. This will help. Cheers
ОтветитьMaking yourself happier by eating more animals is not okay
ОтветитьDoes all that protein give you GI issues and Constipation?
Ответитьeasier not eating than working out
