ОтветитьHi, I'm planning to Visit Xieng Khouang. Should i fly to Luang Prabang airport or Vientiane airport to fly to xieng khouang. Which one would you Recommend me to take?
ОтветитьI stayed at the same guest house about 10 or so years ago. And I stayed in either your room or 1 to the left or right. They were actually closed down because they were sick of tourist bullshit. The couple that own the place were still deciding as to whether to ever re open, seems they did. They had a lunatic friend ,of sorts, who was a motorbike tour leader called "muddy mick" (the worst in the history of tour leaders in asia, is the story) . Anyway I met muddy mick on day 1 in the town and he invited/haranged me to stay at his 'best friends' guesthouse. Turns out they did not only hardly know him but they let him stay because they felt sorry for him, he was happy to have a free room with no running water, and it was to be only a day or 2. However weeks later It seems he just wouldn't leave. Worse still was that he invited me ! The owners turned out to be great people, and it was a bit of an adventure. I tried to escape muddy mick early one morning by quietly packing my motorbike and fking off. Sadly he tracked me down in town.... well just sharing .😂

That ant eggs is actually really hard to find, it's seasonal food definitely. I used to buy in beginning of 2021 costs 80,000 kip/kg. And better cook first which I used to fry and it's smell really tasty, so of course, it's delicious
ОтветитьI don't know if that was an ant eggs. I thought ant eggs are white and I could be wrong. Love the video from the back wood of West Virginia.
ОтветитьGo to that market at night
Ответитьສະບາຍດີ

ОтветитьShe said cook it first like fry them and it will taste good for an ant eggs.
ОтветитьProbably too late but the lady who sold you the ant eggs was trying to tell you that you need to cook them first.

ОтветитьLove your clips, bro! Keep them coming. I’m an American Laotian and have been to some of the locations on your trip to Laos. However, I’m not sure the stuff you ate at the market was actual ant eggs. Anyway, could you incorporate local beers on your future trips/clips? Just a suggestion!
ОтветитьLove your Japan series, cant wait to see more. Do you plan on going to Korea?
Ответитьkhao piak sen = wet rice noodles - is very uniquely Lao dish. im glad you enjoy the soup. Khao piak = wet rice a.ka. kanji rice porridge. But the locals will also call the noodle version khao piak for short. just make sure you are ordering the one you want. Enjoy Lao!
Ответитьbrilliant 🧑🤲

ОтветитьHow do you cook ant eggs? Steamed, fried? Don't think you will find in any cook book!
ОтветитьXiengkhoung province is a nice province
ОтветитьThe lady selling the ant eggs is telling you to cook them before you eat them
ОтветитьAnt eggs are really hard to come by and in my understanding, it's seasonal so 15k doesn't seem so bad. I've had it in soup and it's really good. The lady that sold them to you was trying to tell you that you have to cook them before eating them or they won't taste good. She was telling the little boy to tell you that you have to cook them but I guess he was too shy lol
ОтветитьI always enjoy your bolg videos.laos is a small country but look like very beautiful. explore more laos and make videos for your viewers stay well stay safe from gazipur city bangladesh
