Wou 😊
ОтветитьDoes it matter how you wind the shuttle? Every video I watch the thread is either coming out the same side as the little sharp edge up top on the shuttle or from below and it's confusing me
ОтветитьMy first time. So glad you go slow
ОтветитьThank you so much for going slow, for repeating and allowing true beginners to learn.
ОтветитьLooks like you're winding clockwise.
ОтветитьDid u switch the direction of wrapping the thread around the shuttle? If so plz can you tell me is it necessary?
ОтветитьThank you for this detailed and easy to follow tutorial. I tried to teach myself from a book years ago by gave up. I’m inspired by this lesson and am going to try again. 🥰🌻
ОтветитьJust wanna say I landed on your tutorial. Nice job giving detailed visual. However anyone following along…unless you wanna get frustrated don’t use embroidery floss. The strands slip on each other too much and get caught in your flipped knot. I tried and tried for days frustrated I got out crochet thread and had a snowflake in a couple hours.
ОтветитьΗοw to make a snowflake for precious snowflakes.
ОтветитьSorry, you go way too slow. You lost me. Remember, people can always go back and watch again, no need to keep repeating and slowing down. Just my 2 cents
ОтветитьYou mentioned how someone came up with tapping. I think it was originally the way they first made fishing nets.
ОтветитьYou have not showed how to attach the last ring
ОтветитьYou make it so easy to understand. Thank you. You taught me something new about tatting with embroidery floss. Yea, something new to try. Those colors are yummy. Btw, they have picot gauges that you can purchase that can help make your picots nice and consistent. Keep up the great videos.
ОтветитьOh my gorsh. I want to make a million of these for a Christmas tree. Thank you for the pattern ❤
ОтветитьI am re-learning how to tat after many years so I can craft on a plane and this video is really helpful. Thank you for talking this pattern through in a clear and easy to understand manner. 😁
ОтветитьClr is close ring😀
ОтветитьThey are called rings! Explaining is well!
ОтветитьI'm so excited to start. Thank you for making it make sense!
ОтветитьThis is a very clear to see and understand tutorial! Excellent explanation & demonstration of what we need to see when working our own projects. :) Thank you so much! Liked & Subscribed ^_^
ОтветитьBrilliant teaching! Thanks a lot 🥰
ОтветитьYour enthusiasm is contagious! I teach tatting and I have to say you are doing a wonderful job!
ОтветитьI am a left handed beginner tatter I can do this with a needle but not with a shuttle
ОтветитьHi! I have been attempting to learn how to tat on and off for YEARS and have never been able to quite figure it out. Then - I watched this video and it FINALLY makes sense!!! Thank you so much for posting this!!!
ОтветитьYou are an excellent teacher! First time I understood what the shuttle was act doing!
ОтветитьI think I can do this now! Thank you for your slow instructions !
Will you make lace or trim please?
Thank you!!! It's perfect!!!
At least I understood how we do the tatting!!!
Glad l found your tatting tutorial, love the snowflakes, l make earrings using the floss it is a joy to tat..
ОтветитьI love tatting. I have tatted for years. I do both needle tatting and shuttle tatting. It's absolutely wonderful and very relaxing to do. I take pride in everything I make You have to have that talent to just get it right. I'm sure you'll love it the more you do
ОтветитьI'm anxious to try this! Is there only one size shuttle? Why different colors?
ОтветитьI am a beginner and saw this beautiful snowflake. I just made the first ring in a size 30 crochet thread. It's so dainty! I love it! Thank you for this pattern. I am going to make lots of these in various sizes.🥰
ОтветитьI did this and ran out of thread. How do I add more?
ОтветитьI need to confirm how much thread you are loading on the shuttle to make this snowflake. I think you said 4 meters (as in close to 12 feet?). Please confirm this, or correct me if I have the wrong length. I want to do this ASAP. Looks like so much fun.
ОтветитьWow! Even I can follow this! LOL - Thanks sew much.
