I had lasik 5 years ago . I had perfect vision. For the past 3-4 months have problem reading pdf texts smaller and larger, looks like eyes cant focus . I have photobia too,eye starts burning in sunlight. I spend about 6 hrs on computer and 4hrs on phone. My eyes are often dry ,tear drops don't work . Vision dont improve even on sundays when i don't have work . Do i have computer syndrome or refractive errors ?

That's a stupid rule. I mean, sure, it works, but I don't live in a house made of glass to look at something so distant. So I have to walk to the window every 20 minutes? That doesn't sound so convenient

Good video, but those typing sounds you added in are incredibly distracting and annoying. Sound is incredibly important for your compositions!

Im gaming at least 8 hours a day since 2013, my eye vision is little blurred and it does not go away after hours break, is my vision possible to fix without glasses? Will the blur stay forever?

* Dry eyes were a constant source of discomfort for me until my doctor recommended StillerSafe's Zero Eye Strain laptop screen for my laptop and smartphone. The change has been incredible. Now, I can effortlessly spend 10 hours a day working on my laptop without experiencing any dryness or irritation. In the beginning, I religiously used eye drops for the initial 10 days after my doctor's appointment, but I no longer find the need for them. The dryness has completely vanished, and to my surprise, even my facial skin dryness issue has disappeared. Frankly, I'm convinced that there's no better alternative available.

I don’t get headaches but I think I have nerves in between my eyes feel tightened and makes me feel like it’s dangerous to keep looking at screens. It also gives me brain fog

my exam is conducted online at the exam centres , I face the issue of eye strain after and hour or so, and I am unable to continue after that efficiently , I will make sure to follow these steps in the final main exam.

Thank you for this video. However, you neglect hardware and software aspects like PWM and temporal dithering that cause massive eyestrain. Countless online threads are dedicated to this topic and I personally feel significant differences when using different hardware (monitors, laptops). I am using a Macbook, which is the worst you can do. Mac displays burn my eyes like a laser beam. I try to mitigate with reducing white point, adjusting the color profile, use of e-ink monitors (helps a lot) and use of eye-care monitors (Benq, HP), etc ...

i actually have a kind of discomfort to the light and reading text (especially black text on white backgrounds either on screens or paper). I constantly feel a kind of photophobia... i constantly need to re read 100 times things i am writing or typing and i have also have difficulties to understand what i am reading.
I have no idea what i can be and ophthalmologists couldn't figure out what it is...
its very similar to a syndrome i found out recently which is called the irlen syndrome, but it seems like its an american speciality which is inexistant in france

its ruining my life... does someone else feel the same symptoms? Does someone cured from it?

Why you don't mention this is caused by IPS screen problem? All laptops are IPS screen after 2019, this is the most disgusting type of screen panel ever, it pretend like more vie angle and colour, but actually just use a more bright luminating panel, use 3 multiplied luminating to get same brightness with a low contrast ratio. And the IPS panel will make blue light and UV light. Even you buy a screen protector, it can only decrease 30% eye strain while these filter claimed themself as filter 96% eye strain.
It's not about PWM, IPS panel will make you eye strain, can't sleep, if you use it long time, it will make you can't focus sight and can't see at night. It's not adaptable.

Think I have digital fatigue syndrome as my eyes just weren't quite focusing on my art details or writing correctly, and its only appeareda few weeks ago. Can still see everything but it was like someone turned on gauscian blur ever so slightly. Focussing on things up close are hurting, making my eyes felt soreish, like a bruise, and are more light sensitive. Optician found no eye problems or need for glasses so he thinks it's fatigue. Gonna have to change how I work on my ipad and treat my eyes.
