Eye for an eye……they both killed a 16 year old girl. She was just starting her life. DEATH PENALTY for BOTH….. and not 20 years of appeals.a few of these kinds of sentences and maybe these nuts would think twice…..

I cannot believe the comments. Section of people believing that people should get more years for murder. They only get a third of the time when they're the woman present. If it's just a man, he gets life-or-death. When it's a man and a woman he will not get. Life or death judges are lenient on women regardless of if they kill a boy or a girl and their age

I find this appalling...she sentenced to 4 yrs, he to 6. I would say that's a total miscarriage of justice...I don't know how that judge can sleep at night, having participated in such an ignominious sentencing.

I don't know about anyone else but I did not see now one tear drop from Millerburg's face. It is so interesting that criminals always ask for forgiveness after the crime has been committed but never asked for Mercy or thinking before they do it. 4 and 6 year's? They knowingly murdered that child and then went and buried her by the side of a road and left her there. I just dont understand this. And i bet theyll get out early for good behaviour. This justice system is getting to be like Russia. They decide what the law is.

That Bailiff needs to be fired. Does she think she is just a show piece. Nonchalantly and casually strolling when the defendant makes a run to escape the court room. Wow! She let the guy escape in a car, go on a high speed car chase and injury innocent people in an accident. It all could have been avoided by tackling and taking him down before he left.
