How Wisp Crushed Support In Warframe

Will-O-Wisp still good for navigation uses and invisibility for large groups or high power enemies like Narmer amalgams or cc immune enemies like eximus, and sol-gate can be used in decently high level SP with enough power strength and her synergies. Literally nothing about her kit is bad which is wild

also note that the shock mote is excellent for spy missions, and usually destroy all cameras on contact

As far as I know, Wisp is a kill farming/mobility frame, use the teleporter clone to pop right in the middle of a group, spam melee, repeat.

One of Wisp's greatest strengths is her ability synergy. All of her abilities interact with each other, such as Motes buffing Sol Gate, Will-o-Wisp doubling Breach Surge, and Breach Surge having increased range when teleporting to Motes.

I'll forever be spiteful by the fact that wisp 2 is a decoy, invisibility tool and teleport in one. That's loki entire kit...

I understand your reasoning to why you'd subsume wisp's 2 but I personally find the 3 s invulnerability too valuable, but i think i might try to make a build trying to deal as much damage as possible with the Kamehameha wave . Great video, great channel 👍🏼

No matter what abilities she have, in practice she die in 14-15 sec after lvl 60. No matter what mods you use she still die extremely fast. So, abilities sound nice but you don't survive long enough to gather enough energy to cast and enjoy those abilities. Because no matter how you modded your warframe, still start with 100 energy and energy orbs are the rarest thing in this game. If I get one energy orb per mission I'm extremely lucky, and that orb is 25 energy not enough to cast any ability. So, in practice, you cast those skills one time only...and fast, because if one eximus is somewhere on the map your energy and shield go to zero in one second. No matter if that eximus is far away from you, your energy, shield and HP go to zero even if no one attacking you. Not once i die on a map without any enemy around me, clearly no one attacking me. Just die. 2000 hp, 800 armor, 1600 shield and die, all drop to zero in one second, and that frame don't even reach those numbers. Maybe half...?!

I wouldn't call wisps kit mismatched when all of her abilities are enhanced by using it in tandem with one or more of her other abilities, idk about you but using 2 abilities to quadruple the range of my cc/damage amp skill sounds like it fits together quite well

Honestly I would love for de to change every invisibility to how wisps works like I'm sure Ivara's deluxe skin and her prime look cool but I can't see them and it would be neat if I could.

Wisp impressed me so much during her previews on the Dev Stream that upon her release I just flat out bought her. And I don't regret it.

I personally don’t like using fused reservoir because I despise the shock mote I just place down 3 sets of vitality and haste tactically so I can somewhat roam freely in the map.

She's my least used meta frame. Very shooty, like a lot of them. I wish Sol Gate was helminthable (I know, no ults)- it'd be great on some other frames.

I'm surprised to hear that people don't look that highly on will o wisp, and would even consider swapping it out of her kit. That ability alone is 3/4 of loki's kit. You can double tap it whenever you need 3 seconds of invulnerability in a pinch. Why bother with rolling guard? There's no cool down, spam away. Will 0 wisps invisibility doesn't break when you shoot weapons. It stuns enemies when you teleport. And the synergy it has with breach surge is AMAZING. You can get past lasers in spy missions with it too. It's a really good traversal ability in general as well.
I think people need to remember that it's a traversal, a traversal that provides a multitude of useful gimmicks depending on how you use it.. And for a traversal, that's pretty frigging good.

now her ult on the other hand, yeah... I always helmith it out in every build, I just don't have much use for an ability that can't outclass weapons in damage while costing that much energy to maintain. It also hinders wisps movement, and it's damage won't scale well in late game. Really wish they would rework/change sol gate into an exalted beam weapon (with less of a drain than it currently has), so you could mod it and still use the rest of your kit and not hinder your mobility when it's activated.

As much as I can play this game and (kinda) enjoy it, I’ll never get over the fact that this game is so incredibly thirsty.

I mean, seriously. It’s like DE actively incites r34. It’s supposed to be a pretty fun power fantasy game, not a playground for degeneracy.
