Ukranian consitution used to forbid many things but they changed it. Ukranian cosntitution says that Martial law (which is diclared currently in Ukr and not war) can be up to 90 days and presidency is handed over to parliament, but this clown is not doing what constitution says

All Putin wanted was neutrality and the security for the Eastern region. Ukraine would have kept all of its territory. The Minsk Agreement and the Instanbul Peace Plan showed that. However, Zelensky chose war over peace with his ambition to join NATO and his oppression towards people living in the East. Therefore, Putin had no choice but to defend the national security and interest of Russia and that of the people who live in the Easten region who have suffered from eight years of brutal attack from the Ukraine government.

Mr Zelanski is sure a slow learner and what destruction of his country with thousands of deaths his obvious limited powers of understanding war strategies involve. He still has difficulties accepting that Russia wont lose this war. His bargaining position deteriates as he loses more territory. The man's legal tenure for his democratic term of office finished in May, Surely Ukraine must have an election after which hopefully wiser and more realistic leaders will rule.
