With the dumbel chest press i never feel my chest working.. with the cables i do.. is it still effective to keep doing the chest press exercise if i dont feel my chest muscle with it?

ОтветитьBro I tried what Jeff called Omni crossover and the stupid trainers in my gym made fun of me. They told me that excercise is stupid. And for what group of muscle this is gonna work. I don't know the names of this groups. So they decided to record me in some fun tone. I believe in this exercise but I don't find the exact group of muscle that Omni crossover train . Help I want to defend me

ОтветитьHoly crap! That makes a ton of sense. 50yr old beginner here. I've been doing escalating counts of pushups to failure for the last year or so, this is eye opening. The other one is concentration on eccentric and metabolic workouts, rotating and allowing good rest days combined with diet. I'm still a bit of a noodle with 25% body fat, but I can see the light.

ОтветитьI've had accumulated fat on my chest for years and have worked out for the last 3years. Never could get that fat off. HOWEVER doing this routine to failure for 3 then 6 then 9 has removed that fat. Even though I had been working out for years I was never doing the effective to failure method as per video. Thanks for this video! Start small. It took over 9 months to final start see results for my chest.

ОтветитьWho exactly is this workout for? For the average person to get to 20 ER’s, they’re going to have to go to failure probably 5 times, so that means you’re going to failure around 30 times for one muscle group, and the science tells us this isn’t an effective way to build muscle and overall fitness. This is horribly impractical for normal people. Either they’ll have to quit after 2-3 exercises from exhaustion, or you’ll get through it, and be too sore to workout for the next 4 days.

ОтветитьWow this kicked my ass! I only have free weights but improvised inclining the bench to mimic the movements needed. I couldn't even get 1 dip done. So goal is set! Thank you for this.
