Have not done push ups in years.. did 3 sets of 10 ,now four days later my hand feels weird texting and making a fist ,like its weak.. can push ups cause this if out of shape ?

ОтветитьArgh...it's so frustrating. Bent arm strength is a real struggle, because straight arm strength feels easier (i can do a handstand , plank, hollow body hold, pistol squat) but i still can't do one single push up after 10 months of practicing !! But actually i can see small progress with the height of inclement i use for my push ups training, it's lower than when i started... Anyway thanks for this encouraging video, you are very inspiring. Be blessed and keep up the good work.

my form is right & I do it at an angle, but the problem is I'm physically not strong enough to hold my weight pass the mid point & push back up

ОтветитьOk so i broke my elbow joint when i was ten and well the movement is lets 90-95% secured however the fractured elbow folds away from the body a lot more than 45°. And even if i do make it 45° my hand and wrist of that arm are tilted. Tell me how do i progress with my pushup

ОтветитьYou are inspiration. I was able to do great push ups about 2rs ago. Stopped when covid slowed down, took my dance class away. People got comfy at home. My wifi acted up and there go dance class. Now I am getting my push ups again. Thanks for perseverance so people like me can get our push ups as well❤❤

ОтветитьI have a question. I have super large boobs- like they are a UK K cup. They come down about 9” from my chest when in push up position… and it places them nearly at the same point as my elbows. I don’t think I’ll be able to lower down as much as I’m supposed to because they just lay on the floor 😂 any tips??
ОтветитьI started exercising after a long break and these pushups when I regularly exercise at that time I easily do push-ups may be in a wrong way 😂
But now for me it's next to impossible 😢😢

ОтветитьA few years ago, I could only manage a quarter of a push-up and I was astonished. However, after three years of consistent and strenuous effort, including sweating and hard work, I am thrilled to say that I can now perform a full push-up. It's truly incredible!
