I made this, so delicious! It goes so well with HP Brown Sauce which is a traditional breakfast sauce in the UK.

Here in northern michigan, any grocery that you go into has its own homemade sausage available. You can get it with many variations and spices.

Runny egg in a sandwich is messy. I like runny eggs, but if it's in sandwich, I would cook it abit more so that it's not cooked, but still soft and creamy.
