I just found out that he Glory Armor has Debuff Resist VI and it's better than the lancelot armor, so I would suggest using that instead!

Another skill you can give to shulk is for the double attacks to be critical hits from fiora. Does cost 70 coins though

Fun fact. If you use battle soul on shulk before an enemy spot you then run, then go to arts again, you can always get a monado art ready when a battle starts. Sorry if that was confusing.

Pro tip: Start every battle with a full talent gauge by targeting an enemy, using battle soul, and then running away until it’s full.

i just noticed a key difference between the xc1 guides and the xc2 blade guides
the i’s in in aren’t capitalized in the xc1 guides, but they are in the xc2 ones

Always had trouble with Shulk because he would often draw aggro due to he's high damage art's and then get quickly taken down by the enemy. I think this video will help a lot with getting the most damage out of his art's so thanks!

Killed by spike? Nah it's just Shulk getting electricuted by the Junk Sword just like how he and Dunban did by the Monado

Personally I really like haste on Shulk because you can get your Monado art super quick while also increasing your dps! It would also be good on Fiora too because she does a lot of auto attack damage.

Eater has significantly better damage scaling than Buster and uses only 75% of the gauge (assuming you don't have anything to do with your Talent Gauge, obviously.) I'm kinda disappointed you never used it.

Looking at these comments makes me feel dumb, I didn't get Monado Eater or Armour during the story.

I use blossom dance on the 5x multiplier and each hit does around 6000-8000 damage. I have strength up, agility up, attack plus, and attack stability on Dunban, and he’s level 99. What am I missing?

Wait, so debuff resist also negates spike? How about spike dmg?

Do you need a debuff resist gem? He gets immunization from Pessimism.

How did you get 311 affinity coins?! I only got 255 maxed out from one playthrough? Does future connected give you extra ones or did you start new game +?

Armour is broken. There are these humongous Mechon units that have the PHYSICAL art Titan Stomp that hits all the party for a lot of damage. It outright kills members like Melia that have really low HP. Armour is neccessary to beat those.

Am I missing something? I copied this build step for step (except for maxing all the skills) but I can't hit despotic arsene at all and most attacks miss blizzard belgazaz. I switched a Power VI for a night vision VI so I can at least hit them.
