I’m usually always doing your 20 minute videos or the 30 minute videos and I can easily finish. But honestly when I saw this video I didn’t think I was going to finish it but I did! It was tough but those messages of encouragement you say through your videos really help me and got me through it ❤🎉

ОтветитьI can’t believe I finished this workout. Granted I took some 1 min extra break but I refuse to quit. I modified some of the work out to my needs but I did it. First time in three months I was able to finish a 60 min work out. This is big for me. I was weighing in at 287 back in May. Had surgery in August had to take a break from working out. Got back in October and now I’m 258. Thank you JO. ❤

ОтветитьThis exercise was so much fun!! I’ve never completed a one hour session before and I’m so happy! I’m 13 years old annd 26 pounds overweight. I’ve struggled with depression, and anxiety. But today, I decided to change, to stop crying and start doing something about it. Thank you so much for this brilliant workout that will change my life. Just a quick question though, I felt as if the core workout section was burning my legs more than my core, is that normal?

Since the work out is long, I could not find energy to do the extra for 20 seconds
