ОтветитьI have like really broad shoulders.. my shoulders are too far apart and it looks sorta masculine and because of that a good shape isn't like visible in me because no matter how much i lose weight my shoulders give me a big structure... do you think this video could help me reduce their distance apart?😢

I have been doing this workout since one month
You will notice change in 3rd day 🔥 but if you have flabby arms this might alone just not work for you it gives you a good shoulder posture and a visibility of collar bone also some relaxation ❤

Day 8: i dont see a really good difference so ill stop doing this exercise im doing another exercise

ОтветитьI’ve been doing this for 2 weeks my shoulders have gotten better however my arms didn’t get slimmer and my collarbone bones stayed the same.

Update: I am seeing results but they’re are kind of slow so u have to be patient and consistent . It’s a really easy workout so you don’t really need to have motivation to do it
