Catherine O Hara has an amazing voice, it couldn’t be sung better by anyone for this character and the feeling that she created. All these people talking about how she isn’t a trained singer and how her voice isn’t perfect… this is crazy! This is to totally undermine what makes music universal and beautiful as an expression, as a something that moves and resonates with people. Music itself is mysterious in why it makes us feel anything, to look closely at what makes something good or bad goes way way beyond the concepts or someone being “professional “ or “amateur.” She absolutely nailed this song, it is indeed exactly what it needs to be to connect to the viewer, the listener.

I heard this song in a fan Sally makeup video, and I had to come see the actual clip. I got the feels so hard from my childhood, my eyes teared up. This song always made me sad for Sally. It’s such a beautiful song.

all because of their character's connection with their own personal purposes, and I love their
relationship of how it's not toxic at all but rather beautiful and the healthiest relationships
in Disney couples, along with Ariel and Eric, these two are meant for each other and are giving
reasons of how so.

I feel Sally's pain so much here. I have been in love with someone who I never got to tell this to and he got married and moved away and my heart is forever broken. I think of him everyday and feel pathetic for never telling him.

She is in love with him but then thinks if he doesn't love me that is okay because I love myself and that is the best love story of all❤
