How do u stop craving junk foods
I’ve seen so many you tubers talk about being “boring” once they feel their content is repetitive but I’ll be honest, I’d rather that than watch someone who is doing things for the sake of the goal and not being genuine about their life! I love the turn social media is beginning to take where people are more candid and showing various aspects of real life because most of us cannot relate to the over the top videos. So you keep doing you, everyone is supportive and will watch you regardless ❤️

ive been wokring on my obliques for 14 hours a week (2 hours day) every single day not skipping a day for one month and a bit and want to get my original body back how long would this take and how could i get there
i think im overthinking but basically i started to workout all of a sudden a month ago and i think i over did it (14 hours a week, 2 hours a day) every single day. i did not skip a day and regret it at some level now i want my old body back becasue it was slimmer looking from the front. how would i do this? or should i stay the same but i seem to be wider i don’t know

- 'Get FLAT BELLY in 3 WEEKS at home// 11 Line Abs Workout' by NITANG (3/4 times a day)
- '15 min BURN THIGH FAT WORKOUT (NO JUMPING!) TO SLIM INNER THIGHS & LEGS' by emi wong (2 times a day)
- '10 MIN LOWER ABS BURN | 28-Day Abs & Belly Challenge' by emi wong (2 times a day)
- 3 hour walk (9000 steps approx)
I did 75 hard (no modifications) for 16 days and lost 15 pounds and felt so great, had to stop because i got covid but this challenge really works! i saw myself in a whole new way and was able to put my mind to things and get it done, being so proud of myself. Highly recommend
