I tracked this workout using 2 bands (walking mode): Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5
Amazfit 5: 7,37 km, 10521 steps, 554 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 10,17 km, 10243 steps, 503 calorie burn
The only breaks I took with this workout were between rounds. Worked through the black and white sections.

ОтветитьJust finished this workout, roughly 8000 steps for my pace, my Fitbit says I only burned 300 calories 🫠 think it’s broken! I held dumbbells through the whole 8 rounds and held a sweat the whole time! For an 80 minute workout with dumbells, I better have burned more than 300 calories 🤪😅

ОтветитьThank you so much for making workouts that don't hurt my knees! Low impact but effective and doable exercises. I used to lift heavy and my thighs got so bulky, but after doing your walking exercises my legs have slimmed down a bit. Plus I don't feel out of breath the way I did when I did too many HIIT exercises. Thank you! Please do more boxing exercises if you can, they give a nice burn to my shoulders and I love doing them with some light ankle weights. Keep up the good work! <3

ОтветитьWorkout was so goood I was sweating bullets and ended up with 10,836 steps , I walked in between the intervals and also walked during the walking break , also did the fast pace walk instead of the slower one. Highly recommend and you can truly get 10000 steps unlike some of the workouts that say you can get 10000 but only end up with 7000-8000.

ОтветитьSuper! I still keep my own pace (which is slower than yours :) ) but I found it soo comfortable. I don't concentrate on calories but on my pleasure. I have always hated fast walking so I decided (for my own sake :) )just ignore pace and enjoy it as it is. Thanks again.

ОтветитьThis is one of my favorites because it has a higher intesity, and a cool down! I use the Amazafit band and killed 652 colories with this workout and have maxed 672.....I love your medium intensity workouts. I can't wait for more! I have followed you and really appreciate your workouts! You are so awesome!!!!
ОтветитьGood morning! I've just completed the workout. I had to jog in place pretty quickly in order to reach 5 miles; however I did 9,619 steps! Total calorie burned 886! Thank you!!!

ОтветитьLoved it. I thought I might get bored being an hour long but I didn’t, you kept it interesting. I used light wrist weights, it ups the cardio just a little bit more. Great workout, I really enjoy the boxing moves. 💪🥵
