The caretaker administration in Pakistan is taking decisive steps to sell off the struggling Pakistan International Airlines ahead of the upcoming elections.

According to a Reuters report, despite reluctance from past governments to undertake unpopular reforms, the caretaker government, empowered to meet budgetary targets set with the IMF, is pushing forward with the privatization plan agreed upon in June.
