I just invested 11 minutes into nothingness hearing about a subject that will never happen and for some reason I enjoyed the hell out of it. Therefore, I believe the format is valid, but i’ll probably not watch it. 😂 Jokes apart, this podcast is hilarious. 🎉

Conan's radio genius shines through...especially when they all start riffing on the song Aime which none of us listener's can hear.

I am 45, and I've always loved that Amie song. In fact, I heard it on Sirius XM channel just last week. 😊

I will say i dont watch conan for the celeberties. Sona and mat r awesome great trio. But the bad music would make me take a pause lmbo

If you've ever listened much to a classic rock station, you've heard the song Amie. I'm younger than Gourley, and I've heard the song many times throughout my life.

Coining a term: "Post History". Succeeding generations having no clue as to what was generalized knowledge for most generations. Or, "Historical Amnesia"? I was born in 1986 and know to which song Conan's refers. It is pop culture! I was just shocked they had to look this song up.

Better idea, make the format Conan pulling up old songs they cant clear and forcing the audience to listen to them listening to the music without the music... oh wait thats this format.😮 But ONLY do that. And the guests can come in, but they dont get headphones, so they cant hear the song either, but they want to but none of you care. You have to describe the song to them and all the songs have to be obscura from the depths of Conan's ecclectic memory. Bonus points for the times you arent listening to any song at all and just pretending to see if the audience or guest can even tell. 👍

I checked the song out on the web, I was a teenager during the 1970's and I never heard of the song. However, it sounds like a decent song, on the other hand, the song sounds nothing like what Conan was singing.

Just saw this, and as the son of the peddle steel player of PPL, watching Conan sing the song I've been singing literally my entire life is kinda jaw-dropping.

How on earth did you find a whole room full of people that made it seem like Conan was the crazy one for having heard Amie?

If I were Sona or Matt I would feel rather sad about kind of suckling on the teat or "riding the end trails" if you will. Working alongside this comedy God. This amazing comedic genius who rocks USA. Internationally famous, revered and adored across the world. While these guys kind of pick up the table scraps after Conan is done destroying a comedy bit...if I were just sitting there contributing little to nothing as these two "sidekicks" seem to do I think I would feel bad. Anyway, I'm a big fan!

The best thing about this is that it probably would work for a suprisingly long time 😄
They just have to get some footage of guests coming in, waiting and getting frustrated/angry and then leave during these performances 😄

Is it just me was "You've got to praise or pay" set to the tune of "Got my mind set on you"? was what they were kind of going for?
