Greta Van Fleet definitely has a Zepplinish sound, but that sound is ALL their own! They are incredibly talented & I'm so happy when I hear new rock 'n roll, GOOD rock 'n roll with actual musicians singing & playing instruments & not doing the "techno" thing.

Led Zeppelin is extremely admired among their rock-and-roll peers. Greta Van Fleet is despised by their rock-and-roll peers. They are the kings of cheese

Just watched Robert Plant perform for the first time in my life July 2 2023 in Lennox Massachusetts. He hasn’t lost anything vocally, amazing vocals that brought back memories of the 60’s. Still got it!!!

It's so weird that everyone keeps saying that GVF sounds like LZ. I only hear that in a few of their songs. I think the lead singer of GVF sounds way more like Jon Anderson of Yes or Geddy Lee (Rush).

I think Robert is actually pretty proud that he and his band influenced such a great band of modern time. I mean, Led Zeppelin are always going to be the legendary number one but you can't deny that Greta van Fleet is really good.
