When I Failed, I got Disappointed

I am 21 and in dec i will turn 22 i feel like shit all my classmate are in professional i dont know where i am lacking every time i gave single group even after getting exemption in company law i failed. 1 group but now i will give both group it sometime feel like i should sucide that i am 21 and still not able to clear cs.
