The meaning of having a yatch is to be over the sea traveling with a sky horizont, when You go under the sea doing the same, the psycology changes to much. Most of the human fears has a relationship with the ocean deeps, when You are into a ship submerged, there is no way to run, no way to abbandon the vessel, in case of emergency, if there is a fire, a colission, or if your Submarine Will be targeted by an other no Ally army You can easily loose your investment and life too.
