The fact remains that no allegations against J.S. have ever been proved. He was a sitting target for slander on 3 counts:

He had a huge estate, so there was potential money to be made in compensation - the dollar signals went up in peoples' eyes

2) He was different

3) He had died so couldn't defend himself

Is this not the country where anyone is innocent until proven guilty?

Very, very easy to target J.S. and J.S. alone. Nobody around to stand up for him. Nobody to say "I didn't pick up any strange vibes off him, he seems okay to me" except strangers to Britain, who missed the outcry, and haven't had their view skewed by mob mentality .

The fact remains that one absent-minded pat on the bum of a 14 year old girl which happened on stage, is the only time he can be proved to have touched anyone below the waist. Nobody apparently thought anything of it, least of all the girl. The studio didn't exactly explode with shock horror outrage. The parents didn't go nuts. The girl didn't yell. The police didn't roll up. The show wasn't halted. It was that kind of easy-going era, when nobody read dire things into a pat, or would have thought to refrain from patting anyone. One day that's okay; the next it isn't. Now apparently it's the cornerstone of evidence for God knows what extreme crimes.

As usual, people don't seem to recognise they've suddenly changed the direction of their thoughts. And in a way they haven't --- they're still following the herd. Same view in front of them of somebody else's waving horns.

Fun fact Jimmy savile was a suspect in the yorkshire ripper murders at one point they even had a replica of his teeth made to check for bite marks on the victims and one of the victims were found near his house in my personal opinion i think him and Peter sutcliffe worked together it explains why he was so unusually friendly with sutcliffe in Broadmoor
