I am a E63s AMG owner, the M5 Comp is faster without a doubt. It really depens on the tires - normally the "standard" M5 is running with Pirelli and this isn't the best tire. The M5 and the E63s AMG are nearly the same in a quarter mile... so I doubt the result, why - they didn't showed the times. Normally M5 11.1 - 11.3 secs E63s 11.2 - 11.3 Panamera Turbo SE Hybrid 11.1 - 11.4.

Mercedes fan boys are sore bringing out every excuse in the book, the m5 is the one that started this class of super executive saloons, it will always have the edge over the Merc, the Merc is one good deputy though. The race was as fair as they come, how do you expect the ICE e63s to beat a Porsche with around 70 more hp with an electric motor boost. Porsche make the best launching sports car on the market (911 Turbo S), how do you even expect to have a chance? The Mercedes was destined for a second place finish at best. The Mercedes winning this drag race is a pipe dream to be honest.

Note that it’s just a normal m5 and won. There’s much powerful one(competition) which puts out 625ps and 750nm. However, there’s another one which is stronger than m5 competition: M5 club sport (cs). Who’s gonna stop him as a mid-size sedan? 😈
