Fake product.... U have to press the nozzle into the surface then only u get some sucction... N that is also very low... instead of pressing in in every surface u can wipe it with cloth that will clean better..

Since I purchased it did not work no technician is attending I made 20 calls to there service centre.

I purchased eureka forbes easy clean vacuum cleaner few years ago and now I need new dust bag the cost of which is Rs.100. However compulsorily I have to buy it for Rs.650 as Rs.550 is their service charge. I offered to come to their service centre and collect which they said is not allowed as per company policy. Made atleast 40 -50 calls but no positive response. Totally disappointed with their company policy and service

Very good and useful demo. Someone i know got this vacuum as a gift but he didn't know how to use it. So, he was keeping it unused.. Now i can teach him how to use it!
