My question is what does more damage, purple pew pew or div? And what are the debuff percentages for each. I feel like both are team based DPS and not solo dps

If you run the solar weapon surge mod, it buffs the damage to over 100k a shot

You should have on ember of char and ember of ashes if you're going for a dps check with a solar weapon that procs ignitions. When you ignite all surviving enemies in the aoe get 60 scorch. 1000 voices with this gets 3 ignition every 2 shots plus burn and base weapon dmg @aztecross

can you try the legendary GL Typhon GL5? It can roll with demo and explosive light so I'm curious how well it holds up against wendigo and combination weapons. I was able to beat my friend in a dps test while he was using Palmyra and nagi but I feel like I wasn't able to do it justice

Every single time you do a damage test you do Gyrfalcons so wrong 😭 proc invis some other way and have markmans so you can reload and reproc volatile

Why is no one comparing Div and deterministic? The two support weapons. Div obviously better for hard crit encounters, but deterministic being a heavy I would expect more damage from it than div, and would that be worth it?

grand overture with thundercrash with cuirass of the falling star and a good build you can easily break 1 million just aslong as you know how to use grand overture

you need to uppercut suspend first with titan super to increase the melee damage part of the super

I don't think you are testing this right. The point of the MG is to take advantage of the weakened debuff. So the way to test this would be everyone damaging based on the meta for the group with and without the MG, is the tradeoff of overall damage worth it for the debuff for the teams increased damage? That's I think the question that needs to be answered.

Check out the starscale x4 buff + arc staff throw. Then just add w/e dps you want on top. I stan by it

today i saw a dude do 3,300,000 dmg to taniks with witherhoard SALVEGERS SALVO and Playmara-d, dont rember his subclass but he DIDENT EVEN HAVE A EXOTIC ARMOR PICE on but he was on warlock idk how tf he did it

Shoot if they were longer I’d be able to fall asleep to it unintentionally for weeks until I get all the way through it

How I wanted to see a damage test of the retrofit escapade without volatile rounds.... since without hunter the other classes have difficulty activating this in damage phases (I know about the artifact mod, but that only applies to this season)
