It's a good video but as an ESL teacher you should grade your language i.e. 'gonna' and constantly saying 'so', for an ESL learner, that would be very confusing.

A few sentence structures I think could be really useful:
1. We're gonna get...
2. We're gonna have...
3. I'd like to choose...
4. We need some...

Thanks for the video and for not having subtitles (the script), this will help any listening activity (for either the teacher or the learner). Videos usually include the subtitles and they ruin the listening since the mind will tend to read rather than to practice the listening skill. Nice! I'll use it in my class.
