Double up the hole saws.. smaller one in the middle to use as the guide for the larger one doing the cutting.

Or spend an hour cadding and printing to do a 3 minute project.

You can also use the hole saw that fits the hole as a pilot

I get the smaller Hole drill, and drill a hole in a piece of wood and place that piece of wood in the hole before I use the larger Hole drill I am done in about 2 min without having to spend hours designing a useless plastic hunk. lol

You could have held it with 2 hands from what I saw you only held it with 1 hand

Just thread a small holesaw on the chuck with the size you want

Bro. Just use a conical shaped drilling attachment, you already have the hole which is centering

Typically you just double stack hole saws.

... even if neither end would have fit, you could have made an even smaller hole cut the plug end off the cable, pass cable through hole, fasten a new plug to the wires.

You know you just run the drill in reverse to get clean cuts with hole saws

How do you print when you can’t plug it in ???

Just take a scrapwood, drill the large hole in it, doouble sided tape over the hole and you solved the problem faster and cheaper.

Why not unplug it and put the small end through the hole?

put a smaller hole saw inside the bigger hole saw and it will take up the space

You can put both hole sizes on the drill bit & use the one size to guide the other no printing needed.

One question how did I you get the printer to work if you couldn’t get it through that hole 🕳️??

you could just use the smaller hole saw inside the bigger one, use the small one to make a new center then put a big one around it and use the small one as the centering device like everyone else does...

Solution for this it to use two hole saw bit on one drill small one same as the hole and the size of the new hole it uses the old hole as the pilot
