Can anyone tell I have sony a74 +sigma 24-70 2.8 I need to use zoom option with this setup should I buy rs3 or rs3pro to handle this setup?
ОтветитьHi is this compatible for my sony a7c ii?
ОтветитьYa but how do you operate this thing with all its stuff and that joystick in spirit mode.
ОтветитьChris, I can't thank you enough for this video. I want to fly the Fx6 WITH the top handle and find out before I buy it if it can be done. Now I know👊
ОтветитьWhat rod are you using for the focus motor I can’t seem to find any long enough for the lens? 12mm anyway.
ОтветитьThanks for the info dude. I have an fx6 and just got my rs3 pro in. Good to know that it can support my setup with top handle. Will definitely be getting those counterweights for it.
Ответить1,100g tamron 15-30 lens
612g Canon r7
How i can balance this setup
Front too heavy,
Thank you so much for the realistic weight tests!
ОтветитьMy friend, I have Ronen RS3. And I have a Sony A7iii camera and a 24-105 lens, but I think you don't bear the weight in all movements? I don't know why
Ответитьcan the Rs3 support the canon 90d with the 18 to 135 mm lens without any problems ?
Ответитьwho else would NEVER build out a gimbal this way? gave me a serious chuckle.
ОтветитьHey Chris, I really enjoyed this one, especially because Im debating on wether I should get the RS3 Pro.
I wanted to ask you if there's enough clearance to mount an A7SIII with ECM B1M attached? Still possible to shoot in underslung mode?
Best Regards 🙂
This is the Video i was looking!! Good one!!
Ответитьwould love to see more on the fx6 set up
ОтветитьI tried the RS3 with my Sony PXW-z90 but it does not clear on the back end.
Big difference seems to be that the quick release plate on the RS3 is not flexible in that you can screw in the camera along that 9’’ plate. The RS3 only allows for the camera to be mounted on the back end, on the 7’’-10’’ marks at the end of the plate.
Maybe if I got the extended 14” + plate, it might work & allow more on the back end?
Thoughts? Dji told me that they tested their RS3 to work with the Sony z90. Any help or suggestions?
Is there a cheaper external battery that would fit on this?
ОтветитьI have a noob question, can we use the DJI rS3 to iphone 13 pro max
ОтветитьIs it bad for the gimbal to have that extra weight though?? also do you store the gimbal with your rig/camera on it or do you disassemble?
ОтветитьCan you charge Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K with this?
ОтветитьI just got my RS 3 Pro this week and unfortunately it cant handle so much weight as I wish :(
I am around 3kg and the motor are getting stressed a lot, causing vibrations all over the place.
Not sure, if my model is faulty. Or I am really bad at balancing the gimbal :D
Hi will the battery setup work with RS3?
ОтветитьThe moment you put in cuts of other movies and quotes I had flashbacks to Jared Polin… it was the reason I unsubscribed from his channel, please people stop, it’s so annoying and distracting. Some constructive feedback. Please don’t cut in footage like that, it’s annoying as.
I’m sure I would have watched it to the end of it wasn’t for those cuts.
Thanks for sharing Chris. We have a Moza Aircross 3 for now.
Have you done the same tests on the RC3? I currently have the RSC2 with a Sony A7iii and Sigma 24/70 f2.8 Art setup and I feel that I have pretty much maxed out the load on the RSC2. Sometimes I can see the motors having a hard time keeping my setup steady. For my next setup, I am keen on the RC3 with the Tamron 35-150, will the RC3 handle it or would I have to go to the RC3 Pro?
ОтветитьWould this effect the motors in anyway like burn them out? I just got one and i dont have anywhere near the gear you have, However Thinking ahead.
Ответить👍🏾🙏🏾
Ответитьrs3 battery aint as good as the rsc2. Also rsc2 had more adjustment on the tilt axis. I shouldve got the rs3 pro but ive always liked the smaller ones
Ответить😳
Ответитьtoo heavy for handheld for whole day. no, thanks
ОтветитьHey Chris, do you know if you can zoom power zoom lenses wirelessly on the RS3? I know that you can wirelessly record but I couldn’t find anything about zooming
ОтветитьWant and need the RS3 Pro!!! Just enjoying watching videos of it for now but definitey adding this gimbal to my set-up in the future. Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьVery tempted to get the RS3 Pro. Brilliant piece of tech!
ОтветитьI’m good with the RS2 but if I can afford the RS3 Pro, hell yeah I would buy this monster!
ОтветитьI use Sony fx3 . Can you please suggest me best portable sturdy travel friendly tripod for Sony fx3.
ОтветитьGlad to see you finally got your FX6!
ОтветитьI some times put a monitor on top of my camera. It balances fine with the 16-35 GM. You could use the Tilta power plate for the RS2/3 to bring the center of gravity down.
ОтветитьOh HELL yeah so glad you got the fx6. Shit is rocking.
ОтветитьHave you considered doing a version of this video where you place the RS3P in a Tilta Ring to see just how heavy an overall package you can create? Because the ring allows you to place your battery, mic, monitor, and handles on the ring itself, freeing up the load on the gimbal so you can add a cage and accessories to a heavy cine setup.
ОтветитьBut it’s also the same weight limit as the rs2 right
ОтветитьNice work Chris. I'm using your setup with the dual harness and gimbal. It works great. After I did it I wondered why I didn't think of it earlier. I'm currently rocking the RSC2. I don't really "need" the RS3 or RS3 Pro, but I'm definitely looking. ;-)
Ответитьhi, a better option is to change the RS3 plate with the tilta plate "TGA-PPK-V" and lock your anton battery in this plate, so you don't need counter weight, and it will be more balance. peace.
ОтветитьGreat video... Do you worry at all about the Dummy Battery with the Titon Base leaving the door slightly ajar?
I've been using a USB-A instead and it isn't ideal...out of an abundance of caution. But maybe I'll use the dummy battery.
Great video and I ordered the small rig weights because of it! I have an easyrig and ring system that I am going to try on it next.
ОтветитьLove these style vids... straight into it... and 100% Gems
ОтветитьVery creative work in post this time out. Love it.
To the subject at hand, no question that the RS3P is a monster. A monster with limits, of course.
At some point the handling ergonomics get to be a problem though.
All that weight up top raises the CG a lot. Like trying to hold a twelve foot length of fence post straight up and down. Handles required.
