Ways to get an earlier appointment at Texas DPS offices

3 years later. After being covid free for almost 2 years. It still take over 3 month for an appointment

It is easy to get same week appointment only if you know how to search for it.

Thats not true. They don't give appointments for people who don't show up because they say that they have 30 min to show and by the time the 30 min are up, it's someone else's appointment. They're making you come get in line at 4 in the morning!! That's ridiculous.
They don't take walk ins.
