This helped me realize something from my past that why I was enjoying reading then, and why not now. Somewhere halfway I made a decision, that if I start to read a book, I need to read until the end. And slowely but surely I started to dislike reading. While before that, I was buying 1-2 books every week, and I was always reading the one that got my courisity, and I was enjoying reading a much. Thanks again :)

bro the reading part was so relatable because I had to read some Aboriginal culture and spirituality books for school and I had resentment towards reading, now I am starting to pursue enterpernureship and reading books like the Dotcom Secrets Trilogy and now I am only starting to enjoy reading now I cut off my other high 'dopamine' activities

Reading a number of books at a time is beneficial because when it starts to get boring, you can just change the book.
Whereas reading just one book gets boring at some point and then we just halt the reading process for a long period of time.

Reading was pointless for me, especially at school. I am starting with meditation book and I struggle to focus sometimes, but I remember about the most important, it was just to do it whenever you want, even while walking, even without closing eyes, and the posture just have to be comfortable. I did the half of the book, it's not a very big one, but I strangely felt neither no fun and not bored.
Video games aren't so fun, but I always loved it because I loved all the creativity under them, but I am not playing for "creativity" xD
Especially Clash of Clans, I love the way you need years to be maxed, and playing maybe 10-20mins per day, or one hour big rush and then nothing the next day.
But it's still video games. I don't get why Hamza says that it is SO bad to play video games, even for an hour.
Of course I play more than an hour, because I am not only playing CoC. I started video games at 3 years old so the cure is gonna be hardcore lol.
