All the times on videos I see cops getting assaulted and charges are always dropped but go after someone in the courthouse that is friends with or works for those judges/prosecutors and they'll get more than a smack on the hand won't they? Police deal with it everyday and nothing ever happens. Dismissed or dropped charges or maybe, just maybe, a little probation time.
