But the people who laugh and egg them on are really annoying too. They just encourage and allow the behaviour to carry on and when the clown realises there getting attention they start doing it more since there just some attention seeker who feels the need to be annoying, when you stop interacting with them they would either stop or do more to get attention.

This whole comment section is every raging on about how the ‘Quieter Kids’ deserve more help than kids like gabby. Equally, any kid who is struggling with behavioural or mental issues deserves help, not one more than the other. The only pure reason that the “louder” children get any more help is because they show physical signs of change. I know well behaved kids do struggle with different things too, but you can’t get mad about people not doing anything for the “better” kids if they don’t physically show signs of Illness or Behavioural issues.
