Although this is named lecture-2, there seems to be some more lectures in between before this. I've watched lecture-1 but there are many places where Ma'am is stating, "as explained in previous class..." but that term was not explained in the previous lecture. For e.g. there was no mention of Bonus or "Ex basis and cum-basis" in lecture-1 video.

Record date : date on which you must have share in the dmat account
