Radium paint on the hands?
Leave it alone. The amount of radiation received if worn 24/7 every day (between necessary servicings, and baths/showers, if the watch is not water resistant) for 90 years would be less than the normal back ground radiation you receive every day of your life.
That Radium paint is more dangerous (potentially inhaling the dust) if you remove it, than if you leave it alone.
They are using radio active self illuminating Tritium on firearm night sights, and archery hunting sights these days. The sights contain no lead sheilding. no one is concerned about the insignificant over a lifetime radiation from those sights on a pistol or revolver carried daily by law enforcement, military, and others who legaly carry a fireaam whenever they leave home.
Unlike Radium paint, the Tritium never goes dim.

I might worry about the radioactive ☢️ paint on this watch. Some say that the radium used in watches is also dangerous, but it’s such a small amount. If I were surrounded by 300.000 watches, or something like 👍 that, with radium, that may be of concern 😟. I’d treat the radioactive ☢️ paint 🎨 as a “higher level” of a hazard. I wouldn’t try a buffing wheel 🛞, or even the finest grit grinding wheel 🛞. Ya do not want to breathe this paint 🎨. Any radioactive ☢️ material inside your body is cause for concern 😧. Nice work as usual. I definitely would have replaced that set blued mainspring. They can be difficult to find and expensive but the watch will run so much better. Nice job on re-luming the dial and hands. A suggestion: why don't you use your staking set to mount the hands? Would be much safer and more accurate than using the lifting levers. Less chance of a slip and damaging the dial. FWIW.

I'm guessing that was drop damage that took that watch out of operation.
