Hi i know this brand have been old i use to use this 360 and i can get record for 18 minute but lately only can record about 10 minute what should i setting for a longger time to record ? Hope you can help me thats in advanse

Hello Rich, your video is awesome. Quick question : can you wake up the camera and make it recording by just using the case as a remote even if it's off and it has been out of its case since 1 or 2 days ?

Very informative video, I have the older GO, what I like to see in GO2 is the front light should be on top of it, so that I know the camera is ON and also I can take a secretive video without anyone knows i m recording. Is there a way where you can off the flickering light?

Hello there, great video by the way. I’m a beginner at buying cameras. I just saw this in a vlogger’s page and just fell inlove with it. My question is, is it still a good camera to buy? Coz i know this came out a year ago and maybe they’re other new ones better than this and maybe the app won’t work anymore if im just about to buy it now a year later? It looks fun to use thats why i like to buy one. How long can you shoot with 28 Gig? Are there a version of this with bigger memory? Thanks un advance if you’re to answer my questions. This camera and app is a disaster. Have not been able to get the camera to connect to the app on Android or IOS. Their support is nonsense. A waste of money and time. Frustration is what you get for your money!

how far away can you be for connection signal from your phone app to the camera?
If i press record from my phone and the camera goes far away, will it continue recording or it'll stop since not in signal range?

once you connected to the Go2 u cant use your wifi internet?

Hi...I am brand new to this go 2. Can you just kindly give me the best video settings to use to get me started...EX: The BEST quality recording, and the best setting to stabilize the video. I'm sure there are many but using this for capturing fast moving things during the daylight so hoping you can give me the best settings to just get me started. Thank you for your help. Liz

a few days ago and I am excited to start using it.

Got mine today and it doesn't work. I charged it and connected it to the app and left it. Came back to it later in the day and the charging unit keeps saying "press to connect" and then times out and the camera itself does nothing.

Can this can shoot 24 or 25 fps? Thanks

I have a question. How do you take 360 degree photos?

This guide is awesome. I’m on a the fence about buying it. But wanted to ask whether you need your phone and the insta case nearby in order for the remote use of the camera to work? I’m performing in the opening ceremony of the commonwealth games this summer and would love to capture the moments I’m performing from the stadium floor. This camera looks ideal as it’s so small so I can discreetly wear it on my outfit but will it work if it’s not near my phone/Wi-Fi as I doubt I’ll be able to get these items in with me. Also is it true this camera is prone to overheating if recording for long periods? And last question, does it last long enough to do the 15min+ clips if it’s not in the charging case?

The downloadable software is only for Final Cut Pro and Adobe’s Premier Pro! Shame really as the company is missing global sales if they had a stand alone post processing software‼️

Just a few questions - How much time does it take for the quickcap to work from pressing up until its shooting? (video and photo)
And also, can we manually stop it? or only by the time we chose in the preset? (1 min , 5 min etc)

I have a query that I’m hoping you can help me with. Today I got my Insta360 Go 2 and I’m loving it, but I’m a bit confused about something. I did a test video and then connected the camera to my Mac to view the files (before I opened up the Insta studio software for editing) and I noticed that the camera has recorded the same video twice (one was just over a GB in size and the other was around 450mb). Is this the norm? And if so, how come it does that? Thanks!

Question for you ... So I'm actually using an Insta360 Go 2 and when shooting in Pro mode I can only get about 3-4mins before the recording stops. At this point it's hit or miss if I get a saving error. This is the 64g version of the Go 2. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?
